Orders

  • How do I place an order?
    Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us at info@speedtrainer.co.za as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • How can I track my order?
    After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping & Delivery

  • What are the delivery costs?
    FREE Delivery: On orders over R500
    Standard Courier: R85 (orders under R500)
    Pargo Pickup Point: R75 (orders under R500, FREE if over R500)
  • How long does delivery take?
    Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM) usually ship the same day. Delivery takes 2–5 working days (South Africa).
    *No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.*
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within South Africa.

Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, EFT, and selected payment providers (Payflex, PayJustNow, etc.).
  • Is it safe to shop on SpeedTrainer?
    Yes! Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment details are always secure.

Returns & Refunds

  • Can I return an item?
    Yes, items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • How much does a return/exchange cost?
    A R130 courier collection fee applies for returns/exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly — in which case returns are free.
  • How long does a refund take?
    EFT refunds: up to 2 working days
    Credit/Debit card refunds: up to 10 working days

Products

  • Are your products authentic?
    Yes, all products sold on SpeedTrainer are sourced from trusted suppliers and come with original branding and packaging.
  • What if my size is not available?
    If your size is sold out, please check back later or contact us — we may be able to assist with restock information.
