Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SpeedTrainer, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order is delivered quickly, safely, and in excellent condition.

1. Delivery Options & Fees

• FREE Delivery – on all orders over R500
• Standard Courier: R99.00 (orders under R500)

2. Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM) are usually dispatched the same working day.
• Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days within South Africa.
• PAXI (PEP Store Pickup) delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.
• No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

3. Receiving Your Order

• Courier deliveries require someone to be available to receive and sign for the parcel.
• PAXI orders are collected from the selected PEP Store using the PIN sent to you.
• Deliveries can be made to a home or work address.
• All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• You can use this to track your delivery or collection status.

5. Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and location.
• We currently deliver within South Africa only.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
