Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SpeedTrainer, we partner with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives
quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Options & Fees

• FREE Delivery – on all orders over R500
• Standard Courier – R85 (orders under R500)
• Pargo Pickup Point – R75 (orders under R500, FREE if over R500)

2. Delivery Times

• Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM) usually ship the same day.
• Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days within South Africa.
• No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

3. Receiving Your Order

• Someone must be available to sign for your delivery.
• Deliveries can be made to your home or work address.
• All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an
email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number for
live updates about your delivery progress.

5. Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and your location.
• We currently deliver only within South Africa.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly
